Quincy Township is located in the southwest region of the State of Michigan and at the east edge of Branch County. Quincy township is bordered by Coldwater Township to the west, Butler Township at the north and Algansee Township to the south. Quincy Township is a general law township of Branch County, MI with a population of 4,285. The village of Quincy is located within the township with US 12 running across the center of the township connecting it to City of Coldwater to the west and Hillsdale County to the east.
The two defining factors of Quincy Township are agricultural living and Lake Life. With the northern portion of the south Chain of lakes starting in Quincy and heading south, residents do not need to go far to find a place to launch onto the water. |
